Safe, Secure and Flexible Transactions
At Core Kanto 核, a trade name and business unit of AMPGURUX TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide customers with secure, transparent and convenient payment options.
Payments made through the Core Kanto website are processed using the payment methods and payment service providers made available at checkout.
Availability of a particular payment method may vary depending on:
- order value;
- product category;
- customer location;
- bank eligibility;
- payment-provider eligibility;
- risk or fraud checks;
- courier availability;
- promotional arrangements;
- technical availability at checkout.
A payment method should be considered available for a particular order only when it is displayed as an available option during checkout.
Indian payment-system providers and regulated entities operate within RBI payment-security and payment-aggregator frameworks.
1. Online Payments
Online payment is generally the fastest way to confirm and begin processing an eligible Core Kanto order.
Depending on the payment gateway and options available at checkout, customers may be able to pay using the following methods.
Credit and Debit Cards
Eligible cards may include cards issued on networks such as:
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- RuPay;
- American Express;
- other supported card networks.
Acceptance depends on the payment gateway, issuing bank, card type and transaction eligibility.
Your bank may require authentication before completing the payment.
Core Kanto does not ask customers to provide their:
- card PIN;
- CVV through email;
- internet-banking password;
- UPI PIN;
- OTP through email or customer-support messages.
Customers should enter sensitive payment credentials only within the authorised payment or banking interface presented during the transaction.
UPI
Where available, customers may make payment through supported UPI applications or UPI IDs.
This may include applications such as:
- Google Pay;
- PhonePe;
- Paytm;
- BHIM;
- other UPI-enabled applications supported by the payment provider.
The final list of supported applications depends on the UPI/payment service presented at checkout.
UPI is part of India's instant digital-payment ecosystem.
Net Banking
Where enabled, customers may pay using supported Indian banks through the net-banking interface provided by the payment gateway.
Availability varies by bank and payment provider.
Wallets
Supported digital wallets may be offered at checkout from time to time.
Wallet availability is determined by the payment gateway and may change without requiring amendment of this policy.
2. Payment Confirmation
A successful debit from your bank account does not by itself always mean that Core Kanto has received a successful payment confirmation.
An order will generally be treated as successfully paid when the relevant payment provider confirms the transaction to our system.
After successful payment, you may receive:
- an order confirmation;
- payment confirmation;
- order number;
- email notification;
- other relevant transaction information.
If the amount is deducted but you do not receive an order confirmation, please avoid immediately attempting multiple payments for the same order.
Contact us at:
Please provide, where available:
- your name;
- email address used for the transaction;
- payment amount;
- date and approximate time of payment;
- transaction reference or UTR;
- payment method;
- order number, if generated.
Do not send us your complete card number, CVV, banking password, UPI PIN or OTP.
3. Failed, Pending and Reversed Payments
A payment may occasionally show as:
- pending;
- failed;
- reversed;
- declined;
- timed out;
- debited but unconfirmed.
These situations may result from:
- banking delays;
- payment-gateway interruptions;
- authentication failure;
- network problems;
- bank-side restrictions;
- payment-provider risk checks;
- technical communication failure between systems.
Where Core Kanto has not received a confirmed payment, the order may remain unpaid or unconfirmed.
If your bank has debited the amount but the transaction later fails, reversal timing may depend on the bank, payment network and payment service provider.
For assistance, contact:
4. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally pay more than once for the same order and Core Kanto receives multiple successful payments, please contact us.
After verification, any genuine duplicate amount received by us will be processed for refund through an appropriate payment method.
Please provide:
- order number;
- transaction references;
- amounts paid;
- dates of transactions;
- payment method used.
Refund settlement time may depend on the payment provider and your bank.
5. EMI Options
For eligible orders, EMI options may be offered at checkout.
Availability depends on:
- participating banks;
- card eligibility;
- transaction amount;
- product eligibility;
- payment provider;
- customer eligibility.
Credit Card EMI
Eligible credit cards issued by participating banks may be offered EMI options.
The:
- interest rate;
- EMI duration;
- processing fee;
- down payment;
- applicable taxes;
- foreclosure terms;
- bank charges;
are determined by the relevant bank or financing provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers should review all financing terms presented by the provider before confirming payment.
Debit Card EMI
Debit Card EMI may be available for customers who have been made eligible by participating banks.
Holding a debit card does not automatically make the cardholder eligible for Debit Card EMI.
No-Cost EMI
Where an offer is specifically identified as No-Cost EMI, its exact structure and eligibility will be disclosed through the applicable offer or checkout terms.
A No-Cost EMI promotion should not be assumed to apply unless it is expressly displayed for the relevant order.
6. Buy Now, Pay Later
Certain eligible customers may be offered Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) or other financing facilities through third-party providers.
Depending on current checkout availability, financing providers may include services offered by banks, NBFCs or other authorised payment/credit providers.
Any reference on our website to a specific provider does not guarantee that the provider will be available for every customer or order.
Eligibility may depend on:
- KYC;
- credit assessment;
- provider approval;
- order value;
- customer history;
- product category;
- financing limits.
The financing agreement is generally between the customer and the applicable financing provider.
Customers should review the provider's:
- interest;
- repayment schedule;
- late-payment charges;
- processing fees;
- penalties;
- cancellation terms;
- credit-reporting implications;
before accepting financing.
Core Kanto does not guarantee approval for any EMI or BNPL facility.
7. Partial Cash on Delivery
Core Kanto may offer Partial Cash on Delivery ("Partial COD") for selected orders.
Partial COD is intended to provide additional payment flexibility while allowing Core Kanto to confirm genuine high-value orders before dispatch.
It is not available for every order or product.
If Partial COD is available, it must be expressly offered by Core Kanto for the particular order.
7.1 How Partial COD Works
For an eligible order:
Step 1 — Pay 25% Advance
The customer pays 25% of the total eligible order value online as an advance booking amount.
The order will not be treated as confirmed for Partial COD until the advance payment has been successfully received.
Step 2 — Order Processing and Dispatch
Once the advance is confirmed, Core Kanto may:
- verify the order;
- verify stock availability;
- conduct fraud screening;
- prepare the shipment;
- record serial numbers where applicable;
- package the product;
- arrange dispatch.
Step 3 — Pay Remaining 75% on Delivery
The remaining 75% balance is payable at the time of delivery using the collection methods supported by the relevant courier.
Depending on courier availability, payment may be accepted through:
- cash;
- UPI;
- another method expressly supported by the delivery provider.
Availability of UPI or another digital method with the delivery agent is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
8. Partial COD Handling Charge — 3% of COD Balance
Partial COD orders require the courier/logistics provider to collect a substantial amount from the customer and remit it through the COD settlement process.
For eligible Partial COD orders, Core Kanto may therefore apply a COD handling charge equal to 3% of the outstanding balance payable on delivery.
The charge applies to the balance amount, not to the entire original order value.
Example
Suppose:
Total order value: ₹13,333.33 approximately
25% advance payment: ₹3,333.33 approximately
Remaining COD balance: ₹10,000
COD handling charge:
3% of ₹10,000 = ₹300
Total amount payable at delivery:
₹10,300
Any applicable COD charge should be disclosed to the customer as part of the order/payment arrangement rather than being introduced unexpectedly after the customer commits to the transaction. Indian e-commerce rules impose transparency obligations concerning price and transaction-related information presented to consumers.
9. Partial COD Order Limit
Unless Core Kanto expressly approves otherwise, Partial COD is available only for eligible orders with a total order value of up to:
₹50,000
Orders exceeding ₹50,000 will ordinarily require full advance/prepaid payment.
Core Kanto may set a lower Partial COD limit for:
- particular products;
- delivery locations;
- high-risk transactions;
- newly created customer accounts;
- courier-restricted PIN codes.
Being below ₹50,000 does not automatically guarantee Partial COD eligibility.
10. Products Eligible for Partial COD
Partial COD may be available for selected:
- PC components;
- computer peripherals;
- gaming peripherals;
- accessories;
- other products expressly approved by Core Kanto.
Examples may include eligible:
- processors;
- motherboards;
- graphics cards;
- RAM;
- storage devices;
- power supplies;
- cooling products;
- keyboards;
- mice;
- headsets;
- other peripherals.
Actual eligibility will depend on the particular order.
11. Products Excluded from Partial COD
Certain products or order categories may require 100% advance payment.
This includes:
Custom-Assembled PCs
Custom-built or custom-configured PCs are not eligible for Partial COD unless Core Kanto expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Because these systems are assembled specifically to the customer's selected configuration, payment must ordinarily be received in full before procurement, assembly or dispatch.
Other exclusions may include:
- specially sourced products;
- made-to-order products;
- customised products;
- special-import products;
- bulk procurement;
- B2B special orders;
- products for which the supplier requires advance payment;
- exceptionally high-value products;
- orders presenting elevated fraud or delivery risk.
Any such restriction should be communicated before payment is accepted.
12. Partial COD Verification
Core Kanto may contact a customer by email before processing a Partial COD order where additional confirmation is reasonably required.
We may request confirmation of information such as:
- customer's name;
- email address;
- shipping address;
- order details;
- availability to receive the shipment.
We will never request your:
- banking password;
- UPI PIN;
- card PIN;
- CVV;
- OTP;
through email.
13. Partial COD Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel a Partial COD order, contact:
as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are not necessarily instantaneous because an order may already have entered:
- procurement;
- processing;
- assembly;
- packaging;
- logistics booking;
- dispatch preparation.
Whether cancellation remains possible will depend on the order status and applicable consumer rights.
14. Partial COD Cancellation After Dispatch
If a Partial COD order has already been shipped and the customer subsequently:
- refuses delivery without a valid legal or seller-attributable reason;
- deliberately avoids delivery;
- cancels after dispatch where cancellation remains subject to logistics already incurred;
Core Kanto may retain all or part of the 25% advance booking amount to the extent reasonably attributable to costs incurred, including where applicable:
- forward shipping;
- return shipping;
- shipment insurance;
- COD processing;
- packaging;
- handling;
- other actual order-related costs.
However, this clause does not override any remedy or refund right that must be provided under applicable law, including where the issue results from Core Kanto supplying defective, deficient, spurious, materially misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods. Indian e-commerce rules impose specific return/refund obligations in such circumstances.
I strongly prefer this wording over saying simply that “the entire 25% is always non-refundable.” It gives Core Kanto protection against unjustified refusals while avoiding an absolute clause that could conflict with mandatory consumer rights.
15. Refusal of Partial COD Delivery
Customers should not place a Partial COD order unless they genuinely intend to accept and pay for the shipment.
Repeated unjustified refusals may result in Core Kanto:
- disabling COD for that customer;
- requiring full prepaid payment for future orders;
- cancelling future COD orders before dispatch;
- applying reasonable fraud-prevention restrictions.
This does not affect a customer's legitimate rights relating to:
- an incorrect shipment;
- visible transit damage;
- fraud;
- misrepresentation;
- other circumstances where refusal or a remedy is legally justified.
16. Bank Transfer — B2B and Bulk Orders
Core Kanto may accept direct bank transfer for:
- B2B orders;
- corporate purchases;
- bulk purchases;
- institutional orders;
- reseller orders where accepted;
- high-value transactions;
- orders exceeding online payment limits;
- specially approved transactions.
Payment may be made through:
- NEFT;
- RTGS;
- IMPS;
- other bank-transfer methods accepted by Core Kanto.
Bank-account details should only be taken from an official Core Kanto quotation, invoice or payment instruction.
Payment Verification
After making a bank transfer, please send the transaction reference/UTR to:
Please include:
- customer/company name;
- quotation or order number;
- amount paid;
- transaction date;
- UTR/reference number.
17. Protection Against Payment Fraud
For your protection, verify that any payment instruction claiming to come from Core Kanto is legitimate.
Core Kanto will not request payment to an employee's personal account unless such arrangement is expressly and lawfully documented by the company.
If you receive suspicious payment instructions, contact:
before transferring funds.
Never send us your:
- OTP;
- UPI PIN;
- card PIN;
- CVV;
- online-banking password.
18. Bank Transfer Order Confirmation
A screenshot showing that a transfer was initiated does not constitute final confirmation that funds have been received.
Bank-transfer orders will normally be processed after funds have been verified in the relevant company account.
If a transaction is pending, reversed or rejected by the banking system, the order may remain unpaid.
19. GST Invoicing
Core Kanto operates under GST registration number:
GSTIN: 33ABCCA8835H1ZO
The GST certificate identifies AMPGURUX TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED as the legal name and Core Kanto as the trade name.
A tax invoice or other applicable GST document will be issued as required under applicable GST law. GST law prescribes invoice requirements for registered suppliers.
20. Business / GST Purchases
Customers purchasing for a business should provide accurate billing details before the invoice is generated.
Where available during checkout or order processing, customers may be asked to provide:
- legal business name;
- billing address;
- GSTIN;
- state;
- other information necessary for invoicing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the GST information supplied to Core Kanto is correct.
21. Input Tax Credit
Where applicable, an eligible business customer may use a valid GST tax invoice for purposes of claiming Input Tax Credit subject to:
- applicable GST law;
- customer eligibility;
- tax treatment of the transaction;
- fulfilment of statutory requirements.
Core Kanto does not guarantee a customer's entitlement to Input Tax Credit merely because a GSTIN has been provided.
Eligibility for ITC depends on the customer's circumstances and applicable GST requirements.
22. GSTIN Corrections
Customers should carefully check their:
- legal business name;
- GSTIN;
- billing address;
- state;
before completing an order.
Requests to change GST information after an invoice has been issued may not always be possible and will be handled subject to:
- applicable GST law;
- invoice status;
- reporting status;
- operational feasibility.
23. Payment Gateway Charges
Core Kanto will display any compulsory customer-facing transaction charge imposed by us before the customer becomes bound to pay it.
Certain banks, card issuers, financing providers or other third parties may separately charge:
- interest;
- EMI processing fees;
- currency conversion charges;
- late fees;
- financing charges;
- other fees under their own agreement with the customer.
Such independent charges are governed by the relevant provider's terms.
24. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, Core Kanto will ordinarily attempt to refund the amount through an appropriate payment channel.
For prepaid orders, this will generally mean the original payment method where operationally possible.
Refund processing and the time taken for the amount to become visible in the customer's account may depend on:
- Core Kanto processing;
- payment gateway;
- card network;
- bank;
- UPI provider;
- financing provider.
Any statutory refund obligations continue to apply notwithstanding these processing arrangements. The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules impose refund-related obligations on e-commerce entities in applicable circumstances.
25. EMI and Financing Refunds
Refunds involving:
- EMI;
- No-Cost EMI;
- BNPL;
- financed transactions;
may be subject to additional processing by the financing provider.
Core Kanto may refund the amount it is required to refund, but matters such as:
- loan closure;
- interest reversal;
- processing-fee reversal;
- EMI adjustment;
- credit-limit restoration;
may be handled by the bank or financing provider under its own terms.
Customers should contact the relevant financing provider where necessary after the merchant-side refund has been initiated.
26. Currency
Unless expressly stated otherwise, transactions on the Indian Core Kanto store are denominated in:
Indian Rupees (INR / ₹)
If an international payment method is ever accepted, the customer's issuing bank may perform currency conversion and may impose its own conversion charges.
27. Payment Security
Core Kanto aims to use established payment infrastructure rather than collecting unnecessary sensitive financial credentials directly.
RBI currently maintains regulatory frameworks governing payment aggregators and digital-payment security controls.
However, no electronic payment system can be represented as completely immune from:
- fraud;
- phishing;
- malware;
- network compromise;
- unauthorised access.
Customers should use trusted devices and verify payment pages before entering financial information.
28. Fraud Screening and Order Verification
Core Kanto reserves the right to conduct reasonable fraud and security checks before fulfilling an order.
An order may be temporarily held where there are indicators such as:
- unusually high transaction value;
- inconsistent billing and delivery information;
- repeated payment failures;
- suspected stolen payment credentials;
- suspicious order behaviour;
- payment-provider fraud alerts.
Where reasonably necessary, we may request additional non-sensitive information to verify the transaction.
We will not ask for your PIN, OTP, CVV or banking password by email.
29. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us first at:
and provide the relevant order and transaction information.
This allows us to investigate matters such as:
- duplicate transactions;
- incorrect amounts;
- cancelled orders;
- refunds;
- failed payments;
- unauthorised transactions.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights available through their bank, payment provider or applicable law.
Knowingly initiating a fraudulent chargeback concerning a valid and fulfilled transaction may result in investigation and appropriate action.
30. Changes to Available Payment Methods
Core Kanto may:
- add payment methods;
- remove payment methods;
- change payment providers;
- modify COD eligibility;
- change transaction limits;
- introduce or withdraw financing facilities;
from time to time.
The payment methods actually displayed during checkout will take precedence over general examples listed in this policy.
Material changes to contractual charges applicable to an existing confirmed order will not be imposed retrospectively merely by updating this policy.
