Core Kanto Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased directly from Core Kanto.

1. Shipping destinations

Core Kanto accepts orders only for delivery destinations made available through the website checkout.

If a particular PIN code, region, state or country is not available at checkout, we do not currently undertake to deliver there.

2. Shipping address

Customers must provide:

  • recipient name;
  • complete address;
  • correct PIN/postal code;
  • active telephone number;
  • other information reasonably required by the carrier.

Please verify the address carefully before submitting the order.

3. Address changes

If you need to change a delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.

An address cannot always be changed after:

  • packing;
  • shipping-label generation;
  • courier pickup;
  • dispatch.

We may require cancellation and creation of a new order where a carrier cannot redirect a shipment.

4. Order processing

Orders may undergo:

  • payment verification;
  • fraud screening;
  • inventory confirmation;
  • packing;
  • serial-number recording where applicable;
  • shipping-label generation.

Processing time is separate from transit time.

5. Delivery estimates

Any estimated delivery date shown on:

  • the product page;
  • cart;
  • checkout;
  • order confirmation;
  • tracking page;

is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Delivery may vary according to:

  • destination;
  • carrier;
  • product availability;
  • holidays;
  • weather;
  • local restrictions;
  • transportation conditions.

6. Delayed orders

If we become aware of a material delay, we may communicate updated information through email, phone, SMS or the order-tracking system.

Where a delay gives rise to a return, cancellation or refund right under applicable law, this policy does not limit that right.

7. Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completion of checkout.

Shipping charges may depend on:

  • destination;
  • package dimensions;
  • package weight;
  • product category;
  • shipping service;
  • promotional offer.

We will not add an undisclosed compulsory shipping charge after completion of an order.

8. Multiple shipments

An order containing multiple items may occasionally be dispatched in separate packages.

Where this occurs, different tracking numbers may be issued.

Unless disclosed otherwise, splitting an order for our operational convenience will not by itself create an additional undisclosed shipping charge.

9. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Tracking information is supplied by the applicable carrier and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete.

10. Delivery attempts

Carriers may make one or more delivery attempts according to their operating procedures.

Customers should ensure:

  • somebody is available to receive the shipment where necessary;
  • the contact number is active;
  • delivery instructions are reasonable and accurate.

11. Verification

For fraud prevention or high-value shipments, the logistics provider may require lawful delivery verification.

This may include:

  • OTP confirmation;
  • signature;
  • name confirmation;
  • other reasonable delivery verification.

Customers should never disclose banking PINs, UPI PINs, card PINs, passwords or other unrelated financial credentials to a courier.

12. Tampered packages

If a shipment appears materially opened, torn, crushed or tampered with before acceptance, where practicable:

  • inspect the condition;
  • photograph the package;
  • record the concern with the delivery agent;
  • contact Core Kanto promptly.

Acceptance of a package does not automatically extinguish rights relating to concealed damage or defects.

13. Incorrect product

If you receive a product materially different from the item ordered, contact us promptly with:

  • order number;
  • product received;
  • photographs where useful;
  • serial number where relevant.

We will review the matter under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

14. Missing item

For an apparently incomplete shipment, first verify whether the order was split into multiple packages.

If an item remains missing, contact us with the order number and details of the missing item.

15. Damaged shipment

If a product is damaged in transit, please contact Core Kanto promptly.

Keep:

  • the product;
  • retail packaging;
  • shipping box;
  • labels;
  • included accessories;

until the claim has been assessed.

Do not intentionally dispose of evidence reasonably necessary to investigate transit damage.

16. Failed delivery

A shipment may be returned to us if:

  • the recipient repeatedly cannot be reached;
  • the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address;
  • delivery is refused;
  • the carrier cannot lawfully complete delivery.

If the shipment returns to Core Kanto, we will determine the appropriate next step based on:

  • circumstances of the failed delivery;
  • product condition;
  • customer request;
  • applicable law.

17. Refused delivery

Refusing delivery is not always equivalent to an approved cancellation or return.

Customers wishing to cancel should preferably contact us before dispatch.

Where refusal relates to visible transit damage or another legitimate issue, please notify Core Kanto promptly.

18. High-value products

High-value electronics may receive additional handling controls, including:

  • tamper-evident packaging;
  • serial-number recording;
  • delivery verification;
  • fraud screening;
  • additional insurance where available.

19. Pre-orders and back-orders

Where Core Kanto expressly offers a pre-order or back-order, the product listing will provide applicable availability information.

Manufacturer or distributor release schedules can change.

If a material delay occurs, we will provide appropriate options consistent with applicable law and the terms disclosed for that order.

20. Force majeure

Delivery may be delayed by events outside reasonable control.

Where late delivery results from force majeure, applicable rights will be determined according to law and the circumstances of the order.

21. Ownership, loss and delivery disputes

Questions concerning loss or damage during shipment will be investigated using available information from:

  • Core Kanto;
  • the customer;
  • the courier;
  • tracking systems;
  • package records.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy transfers risk or responsibility in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.

22. Returns

Shipping a product back to Core Kanto without authorisation may delay processing.

Where practicable, contact us before returning a product so appropriate reverse-shipping instructions can be provided.

Return shipping costs will be determined according to:

  • the reason for return;
  • applicable law;
  • the Return & Refund Policy;
  • any product-specific terms.

A consumer will not be required to bear costs that applicable law requires Core Kanto to bear.
