Refund policy

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Core Kanto (a unit of AmpGuruX Technologies (OPC) Private Limited) believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, to ensure a fair and transparent process for all, the following terms apply to all transactions.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

We provide a hassle-free cancellation process. You can place a cancellation request directly through the "Order Panel" on our website, or by contacting us via email or phone.

1.1. Cancellation Charges & Convenience Fees

The convenience fee charged on orders is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the Buyer. If the order is cancelled by Core Kanto, the complete order amount will be refunded.

To cover payment gateway and operational costs, the following deductions apply if the Buyer initiates a cancellation or modification:

Status of Order Action by Buyer Deduction / Fee
Before Shipping Cancellation 2% of the total order value.
After Shipping Cancellation 5% of the total order value.
Before Shipping Modification No Charge.
After Shipping Modification 3% of the total order value.

  • Note: These charges will be adjusted/deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Company Initiated Cancellation: No charges are applicable if the cancellation or modification is initiated by us (e.g., due to stock unavailability).

1.2. Bajaj EMI Cancellation

If the payment was made using Bajaj EMI, a flat deduction of 5% from the total order value will apply if the order is cancelled by the Buyer.

2. RETURN POLICY

We accept return requests only if the product delivered by us is:

  1. Damaged (Physical damage during transit).

  2. Wrong Product (Item does not match the order).

  3. Defective / Dead on Arrival (Non-functional).

2.1. Reporting Timeline

Buyers must inform us of any dispute or issue within the following timelines starting from the date of delivery:

  • Standard Products: 3 Days.

  • Complete PC Sets: 7 Days.

  • Notification Method: You must bring the issue to our attention by emailing support@corekanto.com (preferred) or by calling our support number.

2.2. Conditions for Return

  • Seals: If the product seal is opened and the product is not faulty, the return/refund will not be applicable.

  • Missing Items: The return request will be cancelled if any part, accessory, or manual is missing from the product box. All accessories delivered must be returned.

  • Packaging: Buyers must retain the original packaging until the return window expires. The product must be packed in the proper way it was received.

    • Warning: Do not apply tapes or glues directly on the manufacturer's product box. This may lead to the cancellation of your return request.

2.3. Category-Specific Exceptions

  • Gaming Chairs: For gaming chairs, only part replacement is applicable if the product is delivered defective or damaged. No refunds will be issued for gaming chair orders.

2.4. Manufacturer Warranty

For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer's service center. Core Kanto will assist where possible but primary warranty liability lies with the brand.

3. REFUND POLICY

If a return is approved and the buyer opts for a refund, it will be initiated only once we receive the product back in our warehouse and verify it is in the same condition as shipped.

3.1. Refund Method

  • Online Payments: If payment was made through our payment gateway, the refund will be credited to the same source account.

  • COD / Bank Transfer: Refunds will be done only to the Buyer’s bank account. You may be asked to provide bank details.

3.2. Processing Time

  • Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account after the refund is initiated.
