Terms of Service of Core Kanto 核
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Core Kanto website and the purchase of products from Core Kanto.
The website is operated by AMPGURUX TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Core Kanto 核.
References to "Core Kanto", "we", "us" and "our" mean AMPGURUX TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED unless the context requires otherwise.
References to "you", "your", "customer" or "user" mean the person accessing the website or purchasing from us.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them.
If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or reduce a right that cannot legally be excluded or reduced.
2. Legal capacity
You may place an order only if you are legally competent to enter into the transaction under applicable law.
If you are acting for a company, organisation or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
3. Products
Core Kanto specialises in products that may include:
- computer components;
- processors;
- motherboards;
- graphics cards;
- memory;
- storage devices;
- power supplies;
- cooling products;
- computer cases;
- peripherals;
- gaming hardware;
- gaming consoles;
- accessories;
- related technology products.
The actual products available from time to time are those displayed on the website.
4. Product information
We aim to provide accurate product information.
Product information may be sourced from manufacturers, authorised distributors, importers, suppliers or other legitimate product documentation.
Specifications may include:
- manufacturer model number;
- dimensions;
- compatibility;
- performance information;
- included accessories;
- colour;
- technical features;
- warranty information.
Customers should verify that a product meets their requirements before ordering.
Where compatibility is important, customers are responsible for checking compatibility with their existing hardware unless Core Kanto has expressly confirmed compatibility for a specific configuration.
5. Images and packaging
Product images may be illustrative.
Actual:
- packaging;
- labels;
- colour tones;
- accessories;
- revisions;
- bundled materials;
may vary where a manufacturer changes packaging or production without materially changing the advertised product.
A material discrepancy remains subject to the customer's applicable statutory and contractual rights.
6. Manufacturer model numbers
Where displayed, manufacturer model numbers, part numbers and model designations are intended to help customers identify the particular product.
A customer should verify the stated manufacturer model number where a specific revision or variant is important.
7. Availability
Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee continuing availability.
Stock may become unavailable because of:
- simultaneous purchases;
- inventory errors;
- distributor shortages;
- allocation restrictions;
- manufacturer discontinuation;
- damaged inventory;
- technical errors.
If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund for the unfulfilled amount.
8. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the website.
The checkout will display applicable compulsory charges associated with an order before payment is completed.
Where applicable, this may include:
- product price;
- taxes;
- shipping;
- handling or other legally permitted charges.
We will not intentionally charge above the legally applicable maximum retail price where such price restrictions apply.
9. Pricing errors
Despite reasonable care, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price because of technical, supplier or administrative error.
If a material pricing error is identified before dispatch, we may:
- contact you for instructions; or
- cancel the affected order and refund amounts collected for that order.
We will not substitute a materially different price without your agreement.
10. Taxes and GST invoices
Applicable taxes will be handled according to Indian tax law.
Where a GST invoice is requested or generated, customers are responsible for providing correct billing information, including GSTIN where applicable.
An invoice may not be capable of amendment after issuance except where permitted and operationally possible under applicable tax law.
11. Placing an order
An order is submitted when you complete the website checkout process.
You are responsible for checking:
- product;
- variant;
- quantity;
- price;
- billing information;
- delivery address;
- telephone number;
- email address;
before submitting the order.
12. Order acknowledgement and acceptance
Electronic receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that we can fulfil it.
We may conduct reasonable checks relating to:
- payment;
- availability;
- pricing;
- fraud;
- delivery feasibility;
- order information.
An order may be declined or cancelled before dispatch for a legitimate reason.
Where a paid order is cancelled by us, the corresponding amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable payment and refund process.
13. Order cancellation by the customer
Cancellation availability depends on the stage of fulfilment.
An order may generally be easier to cancel before it has been packed or handed to a logistics provider.
Once dispatched, cancellation may need to be processed through an applicable return or refusal process.
Core Kanto will not impose a cancellation charge in a manner prohibited by applicable consumer law.
14. Payment
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers.
We may take reasonable steps to confirm payment before dispatch.
A payment appearing as debited from your account does not necessarily mean Core Kanto has received final settlement.
15. Failed and duplicate payments
If payment appears to have been deducted but an order was not confirmed, contact us with:
- name;
- transaction reference;
- payment date;
- amount;
- relevant order number, if any.
Refund timing for failed, reversed or duplicate transactions may depend partly on the payment provider, card network or bank.
16. Fraud prevention
We reserve the right to request reasonable verification where an order appears:
- fraudulent;
- unauthorised;
- inconsistent;
- unusually high risk.
We may cancel an order if we reasonably believe completing it would create a fraud, security or legal risk.
17. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and timelines displayed on product pages, checkout or order communications are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.
18. Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for avoidable delays caused by:
- materially incorrect addresses;
- incomplete addresses;
- unavailable recipients;
- refusal to cooperate with lawful courier verification;
- circumstances otherwise attributable to the recipient.
This does not limit rights available where Core Kanto or its delivery provider is responsible for the problem.
19. Inspection after delivery
Customers should inspect delivered packages within a reasonable period.
If a package or product appears:
- physically damaged;
- incorrect;
- incomplete;
- materially different from the order;
- defective;
please contact Core Kanto promptly.
Photographs, serial numbers, packaging information or an unboxing recording may assist investigation but will not be treated as an absolute substitute for rights available under applicable law.
20. Returns, replacements and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds will be governed by:
- applicable law;
- the Core Kanto Return & Refund Policy;
- product-specific conditions clearly disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in any Core Kanto policy is intended to deny a remedy that must be available under applicable consumer law.
In particular, applicable remedies may arise where goods are:
- defective;
- deficient;
- spurious;
- materially different from their advertised or agreed characteristics;
- otherwise legally required to be accepted for return or refund.
21. Change-of-mind returns
A general change-of-mind return is not automatically promised by these Terms.
Any voluntary change-of-mind facility will be governed by the Return & Refund Policy applicable at the time of purchase.
This does not affect rights concerning defective, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
22. Warranty
Products may be covered by:
- manufacturer warranty;
- importer warranty;
- distributor warranty;
- seller warranty;
- no additional commercial warranty;
depending on the product.
The applicable warranty information should be reviewed on the relevant product page.
Unless Core Kanto expressly states that it provides its own separate warranty, manufacturer or importer warranty terms remain governed by the applicable warranty provider.
23. Regional warranty restrictions
Some technology products may have warranty coverage restricted by:
- country;
- region;
- authorised distribution channel;
- serial number;
- manufacturer policy.
Where a product carries a region-specific or importer-specific warranty, that limitation should be disclosed on the relevant listing where applicable.
24. Manufacturer service centres
Where warranty service is provided directly by a manufacturer or authorised service centre, Core Kanto may assist the customer with available information, but the manufacturer's service process may need to be followed.
Nothing in this clause limits Core Kanto's independent obligations as seller where applicable law places responsibility on Core Kanto.
25. Product serial numbers
For anti-fraud, warranty and inventory purposes, Core Kanto may record serial numbers or other unique product identifiers.
Returns may be checked to ensure the returned product corresponds to the product originally supplied.
Fraudulent substitution of products or serial numbers may result in rejection of a fraudulent claim and appropriate legal action.
26. Customer-caused damage
Warranty or voluntary return rights may not cover damage caused after delivery through:
- misuse;
- improper installation;
- accident;
- liquid damage;
- unauthorised modification;
- overvoltage;
- physical damage;
- use outside manufacturer specifications;
unless applicable law provides otherwise.
27. Installation and compatibility
Unless installation is expressly included in the purchased service, the sale of a component does not include professional installation.
Customers should follow manufacturer instructions and appropriate safety procedures.
For advanced components, installation by a competent person may be advisable.
28. Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:
- maintaining accurate information;
- maintaining credential confidentiality;
- activity carried out through your account where authorised by you;
- promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.
We may restrict or suspend an account reasonably believed to be involved in fraud, abuse or illegal activity.
29. Reviews and user content
If reviews or other user content are permitted, submissions must not:
- be knowingly false;
- impersonate another person;
- contain malware;
- violate intellectual-property rights;
- contain unlawful threats or harassment;
- expose unnecessary private information;
- constitute fraudulent manipulation of reviews.
Core Kanto will not knowingly represent itself as an independent consumer for the purpose of publishing deceptive reviews.
30. Promotions and discount codes
Promotional offers may have specific terms concerning:
- eligibility;
- duration;
- minimum purchase;
- applicable products;
- maximum benefit;
- number of uses.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot necessarily be combined.
Any promotion will remain subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
31. Intellectual property
The Core Kanto name, visual identity, website design, original text, graphics and other proprietary materials may be protected by intellectual-property law.
You may use the website for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit proprietary Core Kanto material without permission except where legally permitted.
32. Third-party trademarks
Manufacturer and product names, logos and trademarks appearing on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
Use of a third-party mark for identification of a product does not by itself imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement beyond the commercial relationship expressly stated.
33. Prohibited use
You must not use the website:
- unlawfully;
- fraudulently;
- to interfere with website security;
- to distribute malicious code;
- to impersonate another person;
- to scrape or overload the site in a manner that materially disrupts operation;
- to attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
- for payment fraud.
34. Third-party services
Our website may interact with:
- Shopify;
- payment gateways;
- shipping providers;
- analytics services;
- manufacturers;
- other third-party systems.
Independent third parties may have their own terms and policies.
35. Website availability
We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The website may be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- upgrades;
- network failure;
- cyber incidents;
- third-party service disruption;
- circumstances beyond reasonable control.
36. Disclaimer and consumer rights
Nothing on the website is intended to create a disclaimer that overrides mandatory rights available under applicable Indian consumer law.
To the maximum extent legally permitted, Core Kanto is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- unauthorised customer use;
- customer misuse of a product;
- customer modifications contrary to manufacturer instructions;
- unsupported combinations of hardware;
- events outside Core Kanto's reasonable control.
This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
37. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability will be determined according to:
- applicable law;
- the nature of the breach;
- the actual transaction;
- legally recoverable loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies where exclusion is prohibited by law, including applicable consumer or product-liability rights.
38. Force majeure
Core Kanto will not be considered in breach solely because performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances beyond reasonable control, which may include:
- natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- fire;
- epidemic;
- war;
- civil disturbance;
- government restrictions;
- transportation disruption;
- widespread network outage;
- major carrier disruption.
We will nevertheless take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and fulfil applicable legal obligations.
39. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's right to approach a competent Consumer Commission or other authority where applicable law permits the consumer to do so.
For disputes not subject to mandatory consumer or other statutory jurisdiction, the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
40. Grievances

The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in force when that transaction was entered into, except where a legal change requires otherwise.
